We want you to love your look, but if a product doesn't spark joy, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual items from sets or bundles cannot be returned separately.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Refund

  Select whether you would like to receive a full refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to use on your next beauty haul.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
